Climate Be ready for the humid weather all year around, with temperatures ranging from 22 to 32 degrees Celsius in the lowlands. However, it is cooler in highland areas. Malaysia’s average annual rainfall is about 200 – 250 cm.

Dress Code It is best to wear lightweight clothing especially for sightseeing or around town traveling.
Generally, t-shirts and shorts are acceptable. Should you plan to visit places of worship, for ladies do wear dresses with sleeves and for men, long pants is important. Some establishments too may have dress codes, so do enquire with those establishments.
