THIS Ramadan, break fast with family and friends at Shah Alam Convention Centre (SACC) from Aug 2 to 28.

The buffet themed Ramadan Rasa Nusantara will be presenting a selection of over 100 types of mouth-watering dishes, ranging from tempting appetisers to satisfying desserts and visitors will surely be spoilt for choice.

The buffet spread will feature Nusantara cuisine from the Malay archipelago or Rumpun Melayu, cuisines which originated from the Sumatra, Jawa, Lampung, South Thailand, South Philippines, Malaysia and Brunei regions.

Some of the highlights include the popular Kambing Kebuli, Beriyani Gam, Nasi Kanda, Lidah Bakai Satay and Udang Bakar Berempah.

There will also be a Bazaar Aidiffitri, zakat collection counter and surau for the diners’ convenience.
